U.S. government ordered to bring back Maryland resident after ‘wholly lawless’ deportation

The U.S. government’s decision to arrest a Maryland man and send him to a notorious prison in El Salvador appears to be ‘wholly lawless,’ a federal judge wrote Sunday, as questions are also increasing over the criminality of Venezuelan men deported to the same prison.
