Colorado Springs-based entertainment, hospitality company VENU is going public

The company announced in a news release the evening of Nov. 26 that it will offer 1.2 million shares of its common stock for $10 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange Nov. 27, under the ticker symbol “VENU,” officials said in the release. The offering is expected to close Nov. 29.
