Center for Biological Diversity: WASHINGTON— Environmental and public health groups opposing a Utah oil train’s efforts to shortcut environmental review will hold a virtual press briefing on Tuesday, Dec. 3, to outline the arguments the U.S. Supreme Court will consider in a case challenging the scope of the nation’s landmark environmental law.
