‘We just need a buffer,’ say London, Ont., business owners on looming CEBA repayment deadline

Some small business owners in London, Ont., say they need more time to repay a loan they took during the COVID pandemic because their operations still haven’t fully recovered, and the upcoming mid-January deadline is too close for those still struggling.
